Raised Events are available on masters and are useful when interactions on a master vary from instance to instance or when interactions on a master need to affect widgets outside of the master.

You do not need to use Raised Events if the interactions within a master are consistent across all instances and the interactions do not need to affect widgets outside of the master.

To manage the Raised Events on a master, the master must first be open in the designer. Clicking Wireframe->Manage Raised Events in the main menu will open the Manage Raise Event Dialog where you can add, remove, rename, and reorder the Raised Events.

Any interaction in the master can trigger the Raised Event. For example, the OnClick event on a button can contain a case that triggers a Raised Event.

This is done by selecting Raise Event as an action in the Interacton Case Properties dialog.

Clicking "Event" in the description opens the Manage Raised Events dialog and allows you to check the events to trigger.

When the master is used on a wireframe, the Raised Events will appear in the Interactions pane for that instance of the master. Cases can be added to Raised Events in the same way as other events.
